I am completely new to options trading. Can I still use your service?

Absolutely, we provide very detailed instructions in entering each trade. We can walk you through step by step the first time you place our recommended trade. We will even help you open your brokerage account if you need assistance. And if you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us anytime and we will always be happy to help and answer your questions.

Although you are not required to have an extensive understanding of options trading, however we do advise you to gain at least a basic knowledge about options before trading. You can lear more at our options 101 section.

What type of brokerage account do I need?

You will need a margin account with your broker that allows the trading of credit spreads. Some brokers have levels for trading accounts indicating the activity their clients can perform. For OptionsXpress, you will need a level 4 trading account, with ETrade, you will need a level 3 trading account.

How much capital do I need to invest for each service?

We recommend that you allocate minimum of $5,000 for each of the service you sign up. Anything lower than $5000.00, the cost of the subscription fee plus the commissions from your broker will diminish your profits.

What kind of option strategies are involved in your recommendations?

The most common types of option strategy we use are credit spreads and iron condors. For the Aggressive Growth service, straddles and strangles are also used occasionally.

How often do I have to trade?

For each of our service, we usually post 1 trade per month, the Consistent Returns and Aggressive Growth may have 2 trades per month occasionally.

How long does each trade last?

Our trades are mostly front month options that will expire within 30 days. Therefore all trades will be closed within 30 days of posting.
