Insight Options Methodology

All trades generated by Insight Options are created by following the proven Insight Options methodology. Each step within the methodology is a result of years of research and modeling to attain the most superior results. The methodology consists of four steps: analysis, prediction, discovery, and optimization.

Analyze
The market is constantly moving and we are constantly monitoring it. We use both traditional technical indicators and our own custom-built powerful analytical tools to evaluate current market conditions and identify both potential opportunities and risks. In addition to technical analysis, we also take into account the fundamentals of all fields that are in our trading interest in order to get a clearer grasp on existing market conditions.

Predict
All results from the analytical phase will then be used in the prediction phase. In this phase, we use a series of financial relations models, in combination with mathematic models, to compute various market scenarios in the near term with certain probabilities.

Discover
Using the results of our prediction models, we then use our options scanning engine to begin the search for a list of potential options. Our search algorithm with look for options both with out of line prices according to our pricing model and also fitting in the direction of our prediction models.

Optimize
Our options scanning engine will often produce a long list of potential opportunities. Unless our clients have unlimited resources and can pursue all of the discovered opportunities, we must pick and choose. To decide which opportunity will maximize our clients’ return, we will take into account each member’s unique situation, such as risk profile, capital, and other special requirements and restrictions, and we will compute and derive the most optimal position accordingly.
